About Me

New to the area. Grew up watching my grandfather in his shop working with wood. Creating something has always given me a certain inner, and outer, peace. Decided it was time I learned more about the aspects of woodworking. Joined to hopefully gain some knowledge.

Although my expertise is in brand creation for apparel, we design and sell hundreds of displays for those garments.  I am always looking for reliable partners for manufacturing displays.

About Me

I'm retired from the FAA where I spent 35 years as an air traffic controller. I'm a flight instructor and have my own plane in a hanger behind my house. In the back of the hanger is my woodworking shop where I spend a lot of time.

About Me

I'm a self taught woodworker that's been producing random objects for around 10 years.  Most notable would be the early bonfire material, followed by the productions that "Ain't coming in this house." (btw - my crib DID make it into the house)

After reading numerous magazines, honing my skills and taking a year or so off to raise some girls, I now make whatever my wife tells me to.  Recently that has meant end tables, wall clocks, pens, bowls and numerous cutting boards. Basically gifts for everyone we know.   Ironically, I have never sold a piece of woodcraft in my life, but since I tell everyone that there is a warranty, I've gotten a few back to adjust.

Besides woodworking, I'm content reading to my daughters, playing princesses, practicing the 2nd amendment and riding a bicycle.  Just not all at the same time.
